We are Prime Emerald Financial Services, a Melbourne based boutique financial services company, offering great customised loan solutions to a wide range of clientele.

At our very core, we floated this company with the sole purpose of helping Melbournians to get the financial help they so deserve, when they need it the most - hassle free, with zero anxiety. We have been where most of our clients have been before. We know what it’s like to go through the red tape involved in going from bank to bank, dealing with tedious and repetitive paperwork to get a loan approved.

Since being founded in 2013 by Rohan Puvi and his team of passionate financial industry veterans, today, Prime Emerald is on a quest to restore the trust of Melbournians’ in home ownership and change the Melbourne mortgage landscape for the better by improving the quality and consistency of the home buying experience. With full access to a wide range mortgage sources, the company today is affiliated with a panel of 17 lenders in the Australian mortgage market and is dedicated to finding the best home loan product to meet the clients personal situation.

The face behind Prime Emerald

Rohan Puvi is an Authorised Credit Representative (number 451827) and Prime Emerald Financial Services Pty Ltd is a Corporate Credit Representative (number 451779) of BLSSA Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence No. 391237).

I’m Rohan, I created Prime Emerald to give people struggling with their home loans a better alternative.

Prime Emerald is the creation of Rohan Puvi, a highly-experienced banker, who is passionate about serving Melbournians with an effective, personalised financial services that meets any unique financial goal at great rates and unparalleled service.

After decades of working in highly esteemed banks and non-banking financial institutions, both here in Australia and overseas, Rohan decided to start his own financial service firm in his adopted state of Melbourne. Today, Rohan helps many Melbournians through the process of getting a loan with ease, no matter what their personal situation or the type of job they do.

Rohan Puvimannasinghe (a.k.a Rohan Puvi) is an authority in his field. Rohan possess exceptional lending skills with a focus on relationship management and quality credit. During his time in the industry he has been exposed in the banking and non-banking financial institutions. He’s committed to providing clients with extraordinary service based on developing a relationship designed to discover and meet their financial needs.
